There is something to be said for resurrecting old fandoms

Went back to the immunologist today. Had to get another prick test. For those not familiar with the process, the nurse writes a bunch of numbers on your arm (or wherever you have clear, healed skin -- the last time I got this done, my arms were all covered in eczema, so they had to perform it on my back instead), put drops of allergen next to the ( Read more... )

Allergies suck D: I'm kinda glad I only have a seafood allergy? (and hay fever but that doesn't really count I guess). D:

Hayfever is actually more the problem than eczema (because eczema tends to flare up when I have really bad hayfever for a while), but it's pretty debilitating to have swollen pus-filled eyes.

Heh. Full Metal Alchemist. I dabbled a little in that fandom.

But, I'm all Star Ocean for now. :D

I have all the anime. Unfortunately I'm not up to date on the manga yet. I'd need money for that. >>

It doesn't hurt. It doesn't even draw blood. The worst part is the itching, and that's because it's so annoying.

No, thankfully. They did test me and put me on a diet when I was younger, but all that did was make me miserable.

Hayfever and eczema. And hives, if I take the wrong kinds of drugs. Nothing life-threatening, but lots that is very, very annoying.

I only have a penicillin allergy, but I still pop Benadryl regularly so that I can sleep. -.-;;;

I got into FMA for about two hours once. It was okay.

So am I, actually. That and sulfur as an active ingredient. It makes me break out in hives. >>

I enjoy it. Once again the antagonists are in general far more interesting than the protagonists, but that can't be helped.

I'm trying to think of something that isn't. Kingdom Hearts has the Nobodies, DoC has the Tsviets, Loveless has the Zeros (and a delicious spoiler), you can kind of pick-and-choose your villain in Death Note (depending on your views)...

Hm...

Well, Light in the protagonist if not the 'hero' (if DN even HAS a character that can be termed a hero...maybe Light's dad or Matsuda), so antagonists win again there...

I dunno. The Jak and Daxter games have a set of fairly unlikable villains, though the minor characters tend to be the interesting ones after a while. Disney varies according to the movie. I normally side with the protagonists in books, though.
