Btw I tried to start watching True Blood last night. It started interesting but then it turned into a heteronormative romance and I got bored. So I went back to watching Season 8 and got the part where the characters realize they should stop having romantic attachments again, because as Kevin Tran so rightly puts it, 'I can't enjoy the world I'm trying to save'.*
*Okay I'm not trying to save the world. But damn, I appreciate a show with the perspective that the characters just got more important things to do than get married and settle down in the suburbs, even if sometimes they kind of want to.
Also LOL Amelia wtf was that subplot.
