I reckon the whole letting her go, especially on the part of Dean after all that with the monster that saved Sam?
I reckon it's because of his time in Purgatory and the demon he's chums with now, I think his outlook has changed somewhat.

I had blood tests and an abdominal exam, but I don't have the results of those yet, I've got an ultrasound at some point. So far it's looking okay, because no one's contacted me in a hurry.
