Dave Yaden has an album coming out!!
Back in 1998, I had the great fortune of meeting a skinny white guy from Texas. He came to Los Angeles from Houston with the aspiration of becoming a musician. He put up with my loudness and I put up with his banging on the keyboard at all hours of the night. Taking turns on being poor and well-off, going off and doing our things, we somehow remained friends and managed to have similar personal experiences to share and laugh about.
So it is with great pride and admiration that I say, the gringo has an album!!! His first solo artist album is called Bear Me Up, and it is, by far, the best work he has ever done. Being a sweetheart and heart of gold, many of his friends (like Josh Kelley and Tyler Hilton) added to the awesomeness of this album. Please check out some of Dave's songs on myspace:
