Them all meeting though ... omg haha I would looove to see that.
I decided that not-Rachel would just lose her dedication to herself. It's sort of a theme of otherwise ambitious characters in the not-verse actually (Santana is still ambitious, but she's been so broken she thinks she can only manage it with a man's help, and Quinn literally had her drive/ability to lead taken away which is why she became a follower). Not-Rachel conformed to what people expected and was relatively popular, even more-so once she joined Glee, and she agreed to a relationship with not-Will because she doesn't think she'll find anyone better. This Rachel is willing to settle, to give up her dreams and standards so she can feel good at the moment.
Not-Will ... remember how Terri had to tell Will that it's not a bad thing to want things? Will repeatedly gives up on the better things in life for his simple joys, almost like not-Rachel in a way. Not-Will, however, is willing to go for what he wants. Will thinks Rachel is a beautiful girl -- not-Will decides to pursue that despite the abuse of power overtones. Not-Will is a hedonist in the creepiest of ways -- he stayed with the Glee club for not-Rachel, but once she's graduated he plans to take her with him to New York and pursue his Broadway dreams. Not-Will is also constantly in debt because of his big-ticket purchases and he gets the Glee club to use their popularity to make money for him heh.
I have trouble imagining evil! Will too, for all his questionable behaviour in canon and his frequent moments of hypocrisy. Brittany can be mean, and not-Brittany is obviously not the nicest person on the block, but Will is generally of a good heart. So I wouldn't call not-Will evil, just ... well, creepily hedonistic.
(I'm going to have to write side stories, aren't I? I want to show all the different aspects of the not-World heh.)
