Pilates

I took a one hour Pilates class today.

I really like working on my core so I figured this would be a nice change from my normal exercises. I told the instructor I was new and she was very cool about coming around and making sure every student was positioned correctly during each move. It was funny because she kept saying things like "concentrate on the area you put effort in when you have to hold your pee."  I didn't have any real problems and was pretty fluid throughout the entire session except I wish they'd make a ball that is more "man" friendly.

There was a good 10 minutes where it was Pilates vs. Penis.

For some back exercises where your lower abs/crotch area rests on the ball my 'tool' was not happy. Aside from that, my first Pilates class was pretty satisfying. My original intention was to take the Pilates as a "warm up" and then work-out but my body was just not having it. That shit works areas in the body you never knew existed. Maybe I'll do it again next week.
