Zhoumi was walking down the streets, bags in hand, when he heard music playing. He stopped and looked at the TV monitor in the electronics store. Henry Lau was on screen, performing an impromptu song. Zhoumi stood on the street and watched Henry play. He thought she was very talented and oh so cute. He was so absorbed in watching Henry Lau he didn’t realize someone was headed his way until they collided with each other.
“Oh I’m sorry I -“ Zhoumi helped her up and stared. “You’re Henry Lau.”
“Yes and I would love to stay and chat but fans are after me.” Henry smiled.
Without thinking, Zhoumi grabbed her wrist and hed her away. They went down many alleys and streets to try and lose her fans. Zhoumi pulled her into a shop and held her close as the fans ran past.
“Thank you…”
“Zhoumi.” He looked down at Henry. “Maybe we should disguise you so more people don’t come after you.”
“Sure. It was my mistake, thinking I could walk outside without a bodyguard or disguise.”
“It’s alright. Here, go try these on.” Henry barely blinked before clothes were tossed in her arms and she was pushed into a dressing room. Henry looked at the clothes but said nothing as she changed.
Zhoumi paced in front of the dressing room, waiting for Henry.
“Zhoumi?”
Zhoumi turned around and stared. He smiled. “You look good but you’re missing something.” He pulled out some glasses and gave them to Henry.
“Thank you, Zhoumi.”
“You’re welcome. So shall I take you home?”
“Uh no. Now that I’m out and disguised, I should explore the city while I have a chance.”
“Alright, then let me be your tour guide.” Zhoumi held out his arm.
“Okay. By the way, Zhoumi, how did you know my size?”
“I could tell at one glance.”
“Wow, that’s impressive. Wait, don’t we have to pay?”
“I already did.”
Henry looked at Zhoumi. “Oh but you didn’t have to. You’ve helped out a lot already without having to spend money.”
“No, it’s alright Consider it a gift.”
Henry smiled. Zhoumi was such a nice guy. She allowed herself to relax and lean on Zhoumi’s arm.

XOXOXOXOXO

The next two weeks, whenever Henry had time, she would spend it with Zhoumi, exploring China. In return, Zhoumi was Henry’s special guest at her concerts. One time she even took him to one of her recordings for a show.
People began noticing this and rumors spread. Those closest to Henry saw the change in her each time Zhoumi came. They worried for her when it was time for them to part.

XOXOXOXOXO

“Zhoumi, you have my number and email?”
“Yes, just like you have mine.”
“Good.”
“Why?” Zhoumi looked at Henry who was staring at the floor.
“I have to go to America tomorrow.”
“Okay and you want me to keep in touch?”
Henry looked up before glancing away. “If-if it’s not too much trouble…”
“Of course not. I like you Henry, and want to stay with you forever.” Zhoumi kissed her cheek and smiled at her before walking away. Henry stood in the hotel lobby, dazed, a hand on her cheek where Zhoumi had kissed her.

XOXOXOXOXO

It’s been two months since Henry left for America and ever since, she and Zhoumi have been calling and emailing each other constantly. Once they were able to video chat, which is when Zhoumi got to meet Henry’s friends.
“I-I miss you, Zhoumi. It’s not the same without you.”
“I miss you too, Henry. How are you doing? Eat enough? Sleep enough?”
“Yes. Uh…Zhoumi?”
“Yes, Henry?”
“I-I like you.”
“I like you too, Henry. I told you already. So when will you come back to me?”
“I-I don’t know.”
“Well let me know. It’s lonely and boring without you.”
“I will. Bye, Zhoumi.”
“Bye, Henry.”

XOXOXOXOXO

Zhoumi was walking down the street when someone ran into him. “Oh sorry I - Henry?”
Henry smiled. “Shh…I’d love to chat but I think fans or my manager is after me.”
Zhoumi smiled. “Alright, let me help you then.” He grabbed her wrist and led her through the streets and alleys again. He pulled her into another shop and directly pulled her into a dressing room.
“Here, wear this.” Henry looked at the dress.
“Zhoumi?”
“Just put it on, my little Mochi. No questions.”
Henry blushed at the nickname Zhoumi gave her. “Fine.” After putting the dress on, Henry walked out.
“You look good, beautiful in fact. Now come on.”
“Wait, Zhoumi, the clothes…”
“Already paid for. Now come on. We don’t want to be late.”

XOXOXOXOXO

“Zhoumi, why are we here and why did we have to rush?”
“For that.” Zhoumi pointed out the window. Henry’s eyes went wide as she saw a heart made out of roses. She looked at Zhoumi and gasped. He was holding a ring out to her.
“Zhoumi…”
“Don’t mistake this for an engagement ring. It’s a promise ring that I’ll always be by your side. I love you, Henry, and although it might be hard, I want to go out with you.”
“I love you too, Zhoumi. I’d love that but I think I want that as an engagement ring instead of a promise ring.”
“But Henry, don’t you think that’s moving too fast?”
“Moving too fast? You knew my size the moment you saw me.”
“That’s different and totally unrelated.”
Henry just ignored what Zhoumi said. “I spent all my free time with you. I called you and emailed you basically everyday. Ever since I ran into you, this relationship hasn’t stopped moving and I doubt it will.”
“So?”
“So why not keep it up? Doesn’t this feel right to you?”
“Henry, I never knew you were like this.” Henry blushed. “I like it. Fine, it’s an engagement ring but only we’ll know. Other people will disapprove if they knew this happened so fast.”
“Fine. We’ll pretend but in the meantime, I’ll be planning my wedding.”
“Alright, plan all you want but we won’t marry for at least two years.”
“Fine, now give me an actual kiss.”
“As you wish, my little Mochi.” Zhoumi smiled as he pulled Henry to him and captured her lips for a loving kiss.

XOXOXOXOXO

Henry smiled to herself as her friends asked her when she and Zhoumi would get married.
“It’s been two years. You have to be getting married soon.”
“No, not yet. He hasn’t asked yet.”
“But I thought that was an engagement ring.”
Henry smiled. “No it’s a promise ring.”
“Oh.” Ryeowook pouted.
Zhoumi walked over and wrapped his arms around Henry’s waist, placing a kiss on her cheek. “So what are you guys talking about?”
“Nothing important.”
“When are you going to propose to Henry?”
Henry gasped and looked at Sungmin. “Unni.”
“Oh come on, it’s been two years. You should be getting married soon.”
Zhoumi smiled. “We’ll see.” He led her away to a secluded area. “So when shall I ‘propose’ to you?”
Henry smiled. “How about this Friday so Saturday we can celebrate.”
“Alright. Whatever you want, my little Mochi.” Zhoumi pinched Henry’s cheek, making her pout. He laughed and kissed her pouting lips.

XOXOXOXOXO

Henry smiled as she looked at all her friends. Everyone was having fun, talking, drinking, and eating.
“Finally, you’re engaged. You’ve been dating for what? Two years?”
“Yeah. So now that you’re engaged, when’s the wedding?”
Henry smiled. “I think we’ll wait a bit before having the wedding. Besides, right now you guys are the ones getting married. I don’t want to take that away from you.”
“Aww, that’s so sweet, Hennie, but don’t let that stop you. Doesn’t matter when you have your wedding, we’ll all be there.”
Henry laughed. “Alright, I’ll remember that.”

XOXOXOXOXO

Shindong collapsed in a chair, exhausted from the dancing and food. “So are we finally done with weddings?”
“No, there’s still one more.”
“And another if you ever decide to marry me.” Everyone laughed as Shindong sheepishly smiled at Sunny. She walked over and kissed his cheek before sitting on his lap.
“So when are you getting married, Henry, Zhoumi?”
“Next week.”
Everyone stared at Henry and Zhoumi. “WHAT!?!?!?!?”
Henry smiled. “Yes, we’re getting married next week, so hope you’re all ready.”
“But, Hennie, we don’t even have gowns.”
“Don’t worry about it. Everything has already been taken care of. Well we need to go. We’ll see you later.”
Everyone stared after Zhoumi and Henry in disbelief.
“Why so soon?”
“Couldn’t they have given us a warning?”
“Technically they did, just a little late.”
“Oh well, doesn’t matter. They’re our friends. We’ll be there.”

XOXOXOXOXO

Henry smiled as she looked at everyone dressed in her bridesmaid gown.
“This is beautiful, Hennie.”
“Good choice.” Heechul looked at herself in the mirror.
“Can’t believe how well it fits and it hides our bumps beautifully.”
“It’s supposed to. So you guys ready to be pampered?”
“After we put on our gowns?”
“Yes, it’s fine. I’ll see you in a bit. I need to check things and get ready as well.”
“Alright, don’t take so long. You don’t want to delay your wedding.”
“I won’t. I’ve put it off long enough.” Henry closed the door and went downstairs to check the florists and caterers. Everywhere she went, everything was set up perfectly. She smiled and went into the lobby to see Zhoumi talking to some people. She ran over to him and gave him a hug and a kiss.
“I see you went ahead and looked over everything for me.”
Zhoumi smiled. “Guilty.”
“Why? Shouldn’t you be getting ready?”
“I could ask you the same thing.” Henry looked at Zhoumi. “I didn’t want you to worry about anything today. You should relax and enjoy it. You only get married once. Trust me, I’ll take care of everything.”
Henry looked at him before smiling. “Alright, I’ll leave it to you and go ‘relax’.” She kissed him before heading back upstairs. She joined the other girls in getting pampered.
After an hour or so, all the girls were made up and dressed. They were still waiting for Henry to come out. The door opened and all the girls gasped. Henry was dressed in a cap-sleeved dress. It hugged her petite curves and ended in a long train. It was very simple and elegant.
“Hennie, you look so beautiful.”
“You seriously glow.”
Henry smiled. “Thank you. Took me so long to find the perfect dress.”
“Well all that work paid off.”
“I’m glad. So shall we go down? I think the ceremony’s going to start soon.”

XOXOXOXOXO

The ceremony went off without a hitch. Everything was perfect, the flowers, the music, and the bridesmaids. Everyone smiled when Henry walked down the aisle, but no one smiled brighter than Zhoumi. Both shined while standing in front of the altar.
The ceremony finished quickly and soon it was time for the reception. Henry had ordered all sorts of different food to serve. Everyone, especially Shindong, enjoyed the buffet style food. Everyone was having fun, talking and laughing.
“Well, another wedding down, one more to go?” Everyone looked at Shindong who was eating another plate of food. He saw them all looking at him and stopped eating.
“What?”
“So when’s your wedding?”
“Yeah, about that…I still haven’t asked her.”
“What?!?!? Why not?”
“Never the right time.”
“Do it now then.”
“What?” Shindong looked shocked. “And ruin Zhoumi and Henry’s reception?”
“Ruin? No way. This will make it more special, right?”
“Not really but we’re okay if you propose to her now. Or do you want to do it after she catches the bouquet?”
Shindong sighed. “Fine, I’ll do it no. I don’t get why you’re rushing me.”
Leeteuk smiled. “Because we love you and want you to be happy.”
“Fine.” Shindong stuck his tongue out at them before walking to Sunny. “Uh Sunny?”
“Yes Shindong?”
Shindong got down on one knee and took out the box he’d been saving in his pocket. He flipped the lid open and held it out to her. “Will you marry me?”
Sunny smiled. “Yes, of course. Took you long enough.” She leaned down and pecked Shindong’s lips.
Everyone smiled and walked over to the couple. “So when’s the wedding?”
“In a month.” Sunny smiled at Shindong then the others.
“What?!?!?!”
