We've made some really great homemade pizzas lately so I thought I would share. We use a wholemeal dough that I make in the bread machine, roll out, brush with olive oil and freeze individually.

Tomato paste, small amount of cheddar topped with blanched shredded spinach, roasted beetroot wedges and crumbled danish feta
Spinach and Ricotta
Tomato paste and cheddar on the base, topped with shredded blanched spinach, fresh ricotta and sliced kalamata olives
