Mac Media just called me - and it turns out it was my HD that failed out. They managed to back-up most of my data - I told them not to bother with the music at all. They already managed to save my pictures folder, which had: all of the pictures of the move, hanging out with friends, etc etc. SO FUCKING HAPPY.
Also, my warranty hasn't yet expired, so I don't have to pay for the shiny new HD that's getting put in it. I should have my computer back on Wednesday. ♥
