Maybe you could hand him a Feminism 101 pamphlet and highlight the bullet point that says "no means no." :/

I let him know that his interest was not welcome but didn't address the feminism thing since I have no desire to engage his crazy any more than necessary (that rankles but I'm choosing my battles here).

I really have no idea what it is about this year my attracting these guys. :/
