Hunting in teams has been attempted, but working in specified teams to lessen the effects of the shards has not been discussed. I assume you mean that we should pass the shards around among ourselves, so that one person does not hold on to them long enough for them to be deeply affected.
Yes. Trust has come up before, and it seems many of us are not willing to hand our own shards over to others, or even to reveal ourselves to have any shards at all.
It makes sense though... I mean. These shards hold some kind of magic, right? Something that some people might want to use for themselves... instead of working together.
I guess... in some ways, it really is. But... people have their reasons.
[And somehow, it feels like this solution is going backwards. But she really does want to believe in the people here a little. So far, no one's done her wrong since her stay.]
[Okay, maybe truthfully? She's pretty hesitant by the idea. But she knows they have to do something. And... she knows she's not so alone in the city now. So, perhaps she's feeling a little risky? Being stagnant gets her all antsy anyway.]
We were organized into groups and sent out to hunt in specific regions of the town. Several groups managed to locate shards, others did not. There was no report of findings after the fact, and no plans to organize a second hunt.
Perhaps set standard teams and decide on a leader for each one, with a few people willing to be leaders over them to gather information and address issues that arise among the teams.

Still, there are those of us who are willing to work together. I would not mind.

[Still, it's progress, right? That... might just. Maybe one thing she may have to consider...]
So... How would we organize another one.

[...Sort of. She's a little...]
Maybe we could write something up about it on here and see who would be interested in the first place.
[But she's never been the leader type. And while she's pretty sure she wouldn't be alone if something were to transpire the wrong way, well.]
