It really isn’t nice to pull a girl from her bed in her own world, to chase through a city for jewel shards, without the courtesy of at least asking her first.

It would also be better to not tell someone “Please do not panic”, when they find themselves somewhere else, in some other time, on some other world. Because the first thing that will jump ( Read more... )

You're telling me. For interdimensional kidnappers, they sure don't know how to pull this kind of thing in style.

I'll give them this, though: they at least know how to do it without making the whole town panic.

Oh yes. No panicking is good. It makes things that much easier.

Definitely. I'd give more encouraging advice, like, "oh, don't worry, this won't be long," but I've heard of people being here for a whole year.

I wish! Apparently these shards aren't easy to find.

Well then.

This is just wonderful then. [incredibly sarcastic sarcasm usage]

You're telling me.

What I do know, though, is that these shards're very light blue and "filled with power." Just one can grant wishes.

But we're not allowed to make those wishes once we've captured one. Are we?

Not if you want a twisted wish. It'll grant it, all right, but not in the way you expect it to.

This isn't experience speaking, sorry; I haven't found any shards yet.

Sure seems like it.

Oh, right! My name's Cissie and I'm a high school junior here. What kind of life're you leading?

I'm Nura, and I apparently attend a high education at the university.

I'm 18, so a pretty normal one that's much different from the one that I'm used to living.

Oh? You lived some kind of extraordinary life? I'm personally liking the normalcy.

... Well, I could live without shard hunting, but that's my only complaint.

You could call it extraordinary...

I have a couple complaints of my own to add to the list.

By the end of the month, I've a feeling that list'll be a mile long.
