I actually mean it this time. There's been one indirect incident where Siegmund - a Haven native - attacked another girl with the power of the shards, but that's the biggest one I've heard of so far.

I'd keep an eye out on Siegmund. It'll be easier for you since he's around your age. He might have shards within him - or some kind of other supernatural forces - and he's becoming a regular supervillain. I highly doubt he's a meta.

How quickly can you look into those shards? Figuring out their composition might make things easier.
