It's a city of perfectly normal individuals getting bombarded by displaced ones.

And apparently you're stuck.

Additionally, the majority of my type don't know about you and would prefer to think everything strange around here is the cause of aliens or the world coming to an end. You all are great fodder for the crazy minds. Brings them right out of the woodwork.
