Random Stuff
- I'm loving the fact that I don't have to wait for pages to load at home. And it's nice be able to download files that are larger than 100MB without having them time out. Now I just need to cancel my account with AT&T and I'll be free of the last parts concerning my dial-up life :)
- Speaking of downloading huge files, I downloaded the Saiyuki Burial OVA #3 (around 183MB) on Friday night. It supposedly was more insight into Gojyo and Hakkai's pasts. Well I didn't see anything new from my point of view. In fact, it looked almost the same as the episodes from the original series that dealt with that very same issue. Sure the animation looked a bit different and I might have missed a few dialogue parts (it's Japanese without subtitles) but that's about it. Though I might check out the two before it (Sanzo & Goku) to see if they're different or not.
- Well my Biffno story is about as edited as I can get it. As far as I can tell, all the weird grammar and the like are fixed. I could very well upload it today to Rockfic if I wanted to. What's stopping me, you ask? The ending. I'm wondering if it's too smart of an ending for my readers. That's not to say that my previous endings were dumb or that my readers are. Still, I'm banking that my readers will be paying attention to a lot of details for the ending to make any sort of sense. And yet, I love how it ends. It ties up the story but leaves a lot for the reader to envision happening in the aftermath. Hmmm.
