Early Birthday Present
Well, I got myself an early birthday present today. Though it's not something that others would get me as it's too expensive.
Anyway, I purchased a PSP system. I'm going to need one since Crisis Core comes out at the end of this month and I had enough money in my account to do it. In the end, I went with the Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles pack. Yes, the Daxter pack probably has more for your money but I don't care about Daxter games while I usually love Castlevania games. This one is actually an updated version of a Super Nintendo game that I never played. This means fun side-scrolling action without the frustrating play of the 3-D games that are out now (ie Lament of Innocence or "Lameness of Innocence" as I call it).
The game pack cost me $200 and I added a 2GB memory card for an additional $40. The S&H wasn't too bad at $10 considering it's 3 Day shipping. So after taxes were added in, it came to around $270. Pricey but about what I was expecting.
It was after I ordered it that I realized I forgot to look for Me & My Katamari. I tried searching for it on the same website I bought the system from but there wasn't one listed. After Googling it, I found a website called Game Express that had it for $35. Ironically that was the cheapest I saw it anywhere. Most were asking $40-60. I purchased it from there and hopefully it should arrive shortly after my system does :)
