Today's:
Sonata Arctica and Vanishing Point opened for Gamma Ray during their No World Order European tour in 2001. Two things happened during the Scandinavian gigs for the encore song "I Want Out":
1. Joachim Cans of Hammerfall sung the song in Goteborg, Sweden. Hammerfall opened for Gamma Ray during the 1997 tour.
2. Tony Kakko of Sonata Arctica sung the song in Helsinki, Finland. That was last date of that tour for Sonata Arctica and Vanishing Point.
Ironically this wasn't the only time during that tour in which a singer joined in. The original Gamma Ray singer Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear) guested at the Stuttgart show for the song "Future World" :)
