Today's:

The Italian band Rhapsody (or Rhapsody of Fire if you prefer) was originally called Thundercross. They also had another singer before Fabio Lione named Cristiano Adacher, who sang on all of the demos :)

(Cristiano is awful, by the way. I heard the demos via the Rhapsody forum and I'm so glad they changed to Fabio....)

Uff, I'll take your word on Cristiano, Fabio has his moments but you hafta have a special voice to sing that stuff and not sound completely horrible, hehe.

Cristiano was so awful. I listened the demos some years ago and really didn't like him.
