These are from the first day of my fireworks fun. Enjoy...or not ;)
G's brother J moving stuff around to make room for the boxes:
The main body of boxes. They were covered the night before as to prevent water from getting into the tubes:
J & G trying to get water off the barge. A, my boss' kid, is watching on:
A trying to get excess water off the plastic so it doesn't dump on us when we remove it:
Time to start unloading the fireworks from the truck:
Some of the fireworks boxes after the truck is unloaded:
Now we're uncovering the plastic and nesting the shells.
The boxes filled with nested shells:
An old bridge we had to cross in order to get down to the barge:
The object holding us closer to the dock. Without it, the barge tends to drift back and forth with the tides. Not very helpful when you're trying to load stuff onto it:

A heron perched on top of the bridge. I was surprised to see it there since usually you see seagulls or Canadian geese O_O
