I'm HOME!!
Who Hoo i'm finally home!! Tomas and I dsecided to leave last night at 9 pm to leave for home, instead of this morning. So, we headed out into the blizzard and made it home at 7am this morning. It ended up taking us about 10.5 hours. Wow the roads were pretty bad. If i hadn't had a 4x4 then it would have taken wayyyyy longer. When we got to 123 it was horrible. I was literaly "2 tracking" all the way down the road, going about 40mph (risky) trying to stay in a cars tracks they had made, since the snow was 5 inches deep on the road and it wasn't plowed. It definately was a good idea to leave at night though, because there was NOONE else on the road, so i didnt have to stay in my lane and i could let the wind blow me all over the road. Even on I75 there was only a few semis, which i had to pass very carefully in the unplowed lane. So in all it only took 1.5 hours more then normal. Man it feels so good to be home, I have my own room again!!! And i get to see all my friends again! We are getting pounded with snow right now down here in ortonville.Good thing i dont have to go anywhere today. So now im just sittin here slowly unpacking all my crap little by little.
