Okay, the priest represents Ms. Chapman, and your touching her and making her flat represents your repressed rage at this woman and the fact that you find her teaching style 2-dimensional, even though she appears to be a complete being when viewed from afar.
The person you thought was a mannequin is actually a pirate. The fact that you kissed meant you were trying to take some of his pirate-ness and have it for yourself.
The gigantic space is a little vague to me. I have two possible interpretations:
1. Elephants were about to run through the room, and no one should get trampled by elephants
2. It was a gigantic landing pad for an alien spaceship
