how old do you have to be before you can legally flog an elephant. i figure there needs to be some age at which it becomes acceptable. i mean, i'd never want to do it, and i don't think its morally right, but there has to be some age at which they figure, "my god he's old! if anyone deserves to be allowed to flog an elephant, it's him."
