I have to say it's rather strange being here by myself. I definitely miss not having a certain sleepy-eyed someone wander in and ask when I'm coming to bed.
I spent most of the weekend out with Indio, going to the Pacific museum in Long Beach, watching movies, eating out, and getting a head-start on school shopping. He starts school at the end of the month, and we still need to figure out where the heck we're gonna go on our trip. He's thrown out several ideas, but getting him to decide on one thing is like pulling teeth!
Joey and I spoke briefly later this evening, and it's good to hear the laughter in her voice. She filled me in on everyone's antics, and it definitely sounds like a good time.
Andy, are we still on for coffee later? Give me a call, alright?
