Well I've been here in Montreal for a week now, but in some ways it seems like longer. I've started shooting some scenes with Halle, who is just a joy to work with. I'd point you in the direction of the website, as they're keeping pretty regular with updates and photos, but well, it's in French! Zut alors!
In my downtime I've been trying to nail down when I'm expected in Mexico to start working on "Man of Fire" with Denzel. I'm hoping to have some downtime in between, but that's still pretty up in the air at this point.
I've been staying at the Hilton, and although it's in the heart of the city, there's lots of gardens and greenery. Although it's still a little nippy in these parts, I've been taking lots of walks. It's a good way to wind down at the end of the day.
I spoke with Indio for a while today, and he's getting excited about nearly being finished with this school year. I told him to be thinking of where he'd like to go on our father-son excursion this year. Billy went with us last year, but he's family also, so there you go.
