Hello LJ. It's been awhile. How have you been?

That's good to hear. I've been alright myself. Had a bitchin' spring break. Who'd have thought a non-college student could still love spring break so much? There was lots of hangin out and lots of drinkin with great people. There was some good music too at the Two Inch show on Friday night. All in all it was great times. The only major set-back was that Maribeth went to Mississippi the whole time. As much fun as I had, I'm sure it would have only been enhanced if she were around for it.

I've been looking for a new job too. My jobs are just getting a little tedious and I'd really enjoy consolidating them into one job with a more predictable shedule... maybe even one with some weekend time off. I applied with a couple of temp agencies. Having done so, I've decided I hate temp agencies. They don't really do shit. Nobody's called me, and everyone I call says, "Oh, we don't have anything right now... maybe we'll call you later." That's some bologna since they get paid to find me a job. So I'm trying to take the responsibility on myself since I'd hate to see them make money off my work. Called around a few places and I have a nice resume together. Also, Mackenzie has a friend that's the head Sous Chef at Oasis Golf Club and Restaurant and he's looking to fill a full time cooking postion there. Sure, I'd still be in the restaurant business and probably still work weekends, but it is what I love to do and would give me some great hands on experience with some fine dining culinary work. Hopefully something pans out and everything's real gravy.

Aside from that, not much going on. Had dinner with Maribeth at J. Alexander's last night. It was quite good. Cleaned my room and got a haircut today. Kinda in the air about the haircut, but I'll tweek it til it works for me. Oh, and my subwoofer stopped working. The satellite speakers are working fine and the audio drivers seem to be cool, but there's no bass at all. It sucks because it's like having 4 super powered tweeters and that's gonna put a big damper on upstairs-landing dance parties for sure. You don't happen to know anyone who'd be willing to try to fix it, do you?

Anyway, that's it for now. I gotta run to work in a minute. Keep it real, LJ. I'm sure we'll be in contact soon.
