PowerSpa 28-Setting Luxury 3-Way Shower Combo, Brushed Nickel - My thoughts...
This shower system has pretty much transformed my showers. Water pressure at our home leaves a little to be desired, so I did have my doubts about how this one might perform, but was really pleased to find that water pressure was really strong out of both the heads (there are apparently 2.5gpm low flow attachments built into the heads, which are removable). The set looks great and is very lightweight, which was another thing I was concerned about.
Along with the great water pressure, the various functions are the best thing about these heads. I've never had a shower head that can do a mist spray before, and it's a really invigorating feeling. My favorite combination is to have the bottom going on mist, while the top is on a normal shower. It's so relaxing and it actually creates a slight gust of air so strong that it even pulls my shower curtain inward a little (on that note, I'll probably have to keep an eye out for a heavier curtain). The divert-er can be set three ways to activate both, or either shower head, so you can use it however you need to.
The only issue I had with this was during installation. The divert-er uses a lock nut, which goes on your shower arm. I would have preferred for it to just have a spinning nut on the main unit, since I kept being a half turn off from properly seating it on to the shower arm. There is an extra thinner washer included for this purpose, but I think this would have been unnecessary if there was that spinning lock nut on the divert-er side. It would have also have made for easier installation.
The only other drawback is that I'm probably using a lot more water now than I used to. I'm definitely happy with this overall though and definitely recommend it.
