I got my copy around 1:00 A.M on November 9th at the EB Games in Lexington Kentucky. It was a bittercold hour wait outside Victoria's Secret, but was well worth it. The news showed up to document the event. At that point, I put my hoodie up and turned my back to the camera. I finally got inside and it was wonderful.
As far as the Game goes... I'm a little disappointed by parts of the multiplayer such as the only shields and no health thing, the lack of pistol, the fact that it takes 18 direct shots from the battle rifle to kill someone, a full round from the smg to kill someone, while the sniper rifle is still one shot kills in the head. Kind of lame. Basically, games are going to come down to who has the best sniper on their team.
Oh well, I guess that I am just so used to Halo 1 that I did not want any changes. But we will all mold our playing styles to best fit the multiplayer action.
Oh yeah... the campaign is amazing, along with the energy swords... YES!!!
