Gingerbread again

Well, Gingerbread turned out extremely well; they are lovely little bite-sized shapes and the first lot have been put in containers; am cooking the second lot now. I don't think I will ice this lot, but def the christmas lot next week.
Another to add to my list of "cooking successes - especially after first go!" :)
