Hey, Californians, wish you were here!
We're snowed in today. The biggest storm in years is here, and the whole city is shut down. Thankfully, it started on a Friday and now we have the whole weekend to relax, watch it snow, and dig ourselves out. As long as the power lasts, we'll be fine. Somehow we ended up with a surplus of food, so I've been cooking off and on all day, between trips outside to play in the snow.
Sometimes it's hard to find the road. That's when it's time to stay inside. There is a road out of our neighborhood somewhere under that field of white.

We cleared the driveway and now have four-foot snowbanks on either side.
The dog loves the snow
Monkey, not so much.
I had planned to do some homework today, but they closed OSU because of the storm, so it's technically a snow day and I shouldn't be responsible for today's workload.
And to think that a week from today we will be flying to Las Vegas for Spring Break...
