Help with finding a Sam and Jack story?
I've been trying to think of the title and author of a story I've read a few times and liked, and I can't find it--I hope someone will recognize it and help?
It's set just after Sam was relieved of duty in Atlantis. She and Jack are already in a relationship. She flies to his cabin where they spend some time together while she decides which assignment to take next (she eventually decides on Nevada).
It's somewhat angsty but realistic of what they'd probably be like at this stage in their lives. He says to her at one point: "I know you suck at this, Carter. I just wish you didn't suck quite so much."
Can someone point me to the right story? I recently read a new one set immediately after the scene where she's relieved of command by Woolsey, and then I started trying to find this one to reread it and have failed.
