Power
Power went out due to a storm passing through central Ohio about 3:45 yesterday afternoon. We didn't get it back until just before 4 AM today. All the things I had planned for my day off from work were shot. I did get to walk, tho. That was good.
Living by candle light was fun, and it makes you appreciate what wonderful things you've got once you lose them. Although we got power back already, many in central Ohio, about 100,000 last I heard, were still without power. Many street lights were also out, making travel difficult because folks just don't follow traffic laws unless they're convenient. Makes me wonder what I'd do first if I were President.
I dislike the US, mainly because of the people in it. There are some nice ones, so I don't approve of destroying the country, but some people should be taken behind the barn and whacked with a stick, if you get my meaning.
Did I mention I'm in anger management therapy? It doesn't take away my anger. It just helps me deal with it better.
