Really. I made paella for the first time (I find the fact that I never made paella before quite amazing in itself), and I had a horde of guests who consumed it quite rapidly and with much gusto.
I do find, however, that it is somewhat labor-intensive to get everything cut up and prepped, although exceedingly easy to make in the end. Somewhat like my gazpacho experience. which I should have made this weekend as appetizer for the paella, but completely forgot about until it was too late.
