Many A Bucketing
On Wednesday and tonight's show I've been giving FoH a break and instead have been filming the show. Tonight's filming was especially memorable for the two major stuff ups.
1. In Boogeyman, Fok played the Terminator theme tune instead of Le Freak. Derek panicked yet still played the part with "what's that sound??? where's that light coming from???" I later talked to David and it turned out that he thought Dave V had gone out anyway to do his bit which is why he also came out. David delivered his first line before realising that Dave V wasn't there and so Derek and David then bluffed for about ten seconds, each insisting their own way on ending the sketch while staying in character. In the end David figured out from Ardo's gestures that he should go back out the door before the whole sketch restarted and things went on as normal.
2. The second bucket wasn't so big and it was actually quite funny. In Cocktails, Glenn delivered his last line "pfft, that's a chick drink" and the lights stayed on...and on...before Glenn followed up with "it suuuure is" and then lights went down. I dunno what tech was doing all night long. Maybe they fell asleep on the console.
