Benediction
So my wonderful guildmates got together, led by the indomitable Red and spent nearly three hours farming for the Eye of Shadow. What a wonderful group of people. :) (With the possible exception of the 16 year old football player who has no concept of group play, go figure. )
With Vyc's help, I got everything that I needed to complete the skill portion of the quest and set off to the Eastern Plaguelands to save the poor peasants from the evil skellies. Well, everything that I thought I needed. I think I forgot my skill somewhere or another. I am going to blame it on the late hour, I think.
Three tries later, I figure out that yes, dear, healing and curing 4 waves of 10-15 diseased peasants while skellies are whaling on you and them is not as easy as you might think.
I will try, try again tonight. Vyc is coming to the city and will stop by my house to yell at me while I am doing it....I mean cheer me on.
Who knows, I may very well end up doing a victory dance with a staff that trails sparkly bits behind you where ever you roam.
