In other refrigerator news, I can store food in it and it stays cold!
And so does beer!!
So I decided to do something really, really radical.
I had a barbeque in my backyard. I took a pork loin, butterflied it to about a half inch deep and marinated it oaxacan style. For those of you who are curious, that is a mixture of garlic, chipotle pepper, cinnamon, cloves, oregano (which I skipped cos I was out) and white vinegar. Just because I am evil, I added some habanero powder for extra punch. Once it is grilled, you slice and serve it wrapped in toasted corn tortillas with guacamole and cheddar cheese. Yum.
So there were four of us in my backyard and everyone brought their dog. (one brought two) So Sara got to have guests too. :)
And she still hasn't gotten in to scarf up the leftovers.
