This layout has your usericon in it. It won't show up automatically. This is what you need to do:
1 // Go to your profile and click on View All Userpics
2 // Pick one that you would like to have viewed on your journal. Right click on it
3 // Select Properties.
4 // Where it says Address (URL), copy the link that follows. (Example: http://userpic.livejournal.com/57085901/2796142)
5 // In the codes, under LASTN_WEBSITE & FRIENDS_WEBSITE, you'll need to find that above link. Once you find it, replace both of them with your usericon that you've selected.
OR
Have the layout already opened in notepad. Hit Ctrl + H. Find What: http://userpic.livejournal.com/57085901/2796142 Replace With: youriconlink. Replace All. And then paste the layout into your overrides box.
6 // Save changes.
