(no subject)
Friday- The game was pretty good. We sucked but Heritage..OMG...they were incredible! Thanx to all who came out to support us once again...you know who you are. Went out to eat afterwards, then got home around 1.
Saturday- Went to Burger King around 7am (was supposed to be there at 6:30 but I overslept) and then drove to Warner Robins!
OPENING NUMBER- AMAZING!!! I got there did my singing auditions first. I had Mrs. Carroll and Bryan Barnett smiling the ENTIRE time. Then I proceeded to the stage to do my dance audition. When I was finished there I waited until like 1:30-2:00pm to see if I mde it and all that stuff. I wwas very afraid though. When they started caling out the names they called the girls first, then the guy. I heard Britt and Garrett's name but not mine. I almost fraked. But then they started calling out the names for the "dance core" (which are like the main 14 dancers) and they called my name for that and I was super excited. Then Mrs. Carroll proceeded to the stage to announce the soloists. I GOT A SOLO. In the closing number "You Can't Stop the Beat" I play/sing/dance the part of Seaweed. It's like Haylee and my dream!
so basically... I MADE IT!!!
Everyone was so happy. Except one person...of course. But more people I didn't know were happier than one of the ones I did! But who cares I'm happy and so is everyone else. That person's oppinion doesn't matter! Thanx to all the RCHS kids who sat in the middle of the theatre and made me laugh throughout the audition and rehearsal. Thanx to Marc for being a bud and for being so happy for me. He came up to me and was like I knew it would be you and said how proud of me he was and gave me a hug and all. It was an amazing day. I have my work cut out for me though, but I'm ready.
