Just back from the outpatient surgery center. Laying on the couch with my feet up. Doc said everything went well and he felt the “Lumbar Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection” went fine and should really help.
Here’s hoping that it does cause I think if I had to go through the last month again - I’d throw in the towel. Not one to give up easily and can usually handle pain fairly well - non-stop, constantly aching back/leg pain that won’t let you move without wrenching you gets incredibly tiring, depressing and mentally debilitating. Not sure how people who are far worse-off actually deal with it! My hat is off to them.
