Hooray! Now the US is behind South Africa on civil rights, you might remember South Africa as the country that had apartide you know, just a few years ago.
Now the country has signed into law the right of homosexuals to marry.
How sad is that? When South Africa is doing better at recognizing homosexual relationships than the United States, something is wrong. Of course this is also on the heels of Germany pointing the "War Crimes" finger at us, so I guess it isn't too unexpected.
