As far as I know...I am a member of the Directors Guild of America. It's the group that for the most part controls the production of films, Television, and Tv commercial in the USA. I hope that all is well, they vote for me on the 14th. But I get health insurance and a pension plan, which is a great thing in the film biz. The down side is the film industry is on the decline here in Florida, but I've done this stuff for years, and feel an upswing will be soon. I'm watching the end of a film I worked on a few years ago. "The Devils Advocate"....still mad that they didn't give anyone from the Florida crew credit on the film. We did more for the film than most know. I did the locations on the film...and although it wasn't that difficult...it was a tough show. Now I have moved on to other shows...some good...some bad.
