Server died last weekend. So I built another. As an observation, I was always under the impression that the router for your home could pretty much be any old box. And that is what we had been using, any old box. A Wal mart special that I bought new for 200 from walmart online. It worked faithfully for 3 years or so. (maybe 4). But when I got the new box in, our loading times for websites are noticibly faster. Mind you I did a mondo upgrade. AMD64 3200 (vs 1000 mhz) 1 gig ram (versus 256), 300 gig hard drive (versus 40) and a real video card instead of on board.
