I've been sick for far to long. I went out dancing last night and my neck and jaw are killing me. That's on top of my throat hurting and my stomach in knots...
I'm giving serious thought to trying out Botox injections for my TMJ. It's not covered by insurance, but I've been taking meds, sleeping more, and not eating chewy foods and nothing is helping.
