I'm back to hitting the -up's workouts.  As a result, my abs are sore still.  Looked at the CPAT test for firefighting.  Holy Moley.  I used to do this job?  WTF?  Got some guidance on my training from an old friend, and it looks like I'm on course.

I'm hitting the -up's workouts and adding the weight machine until exhaustion.  Then, I don't go back to it until my soreness subsides.  Just keeping at it.  The next 20 lbs are going to be tough, but gotta break through and do it. 
Immediate goal - 2 lb weight loss a week. 
Intermediate goal - 2% bf loss
Long term goal - Under 20% bf
