I really hope the body fat meter was off a bit.  I find it hard to believe I dropped 4lbs of muscle in less than a week.  So just shaking it off.  I started running yesterday.  I plan to continue it despite my displeasure with it.  It's been an odd week overall.  I need to don the weight vest more around the house and get back into push/pull/sit - ups.  I have been doing more yard work with the nice weather.  Mowing the lawn etc.

I also decided on discontinuing the lawn service for the Lansing house.  I will take up that responsibility as well.  Cheaper for me to do it once a week than paying the service.  Plus loading the lawn mower into the truck and mowing the lawn counts as exercise right?

Next week goals.  Get in 5 more runs, Push/Pull/Sit on MWF.  Hopefully get closer to 200 mark and drop closer to 27.0%.
