Finished the attic project so I am back to wearing my weight vest.  I had up'd it to 34lbs.  I plan on maxing it out this month to the full 40lbs.  I like the numbers.  I'm trying to stay focused on how I feel towards my body not so much the numbers.  That will mean more -up's, push, pull, sit.  I think I may also try running abit next week as well without the weight vest of course.

Again, long term goals is to get the bodyfat percentage into the solid teens by dropping another 27 fat lbs.  It will take time.  The race is long, and in the end, it's only with myself.
