HELP ME FIND MATTIE
A California judge gave me custody of my grandaughter on May 31st. Both parents have child abuse issues and that's why they lost custody. Mattie's dad Brian has disappeared with her somewhere in Northern California. I'm going to leave all of the info below,
Father Brian Tedder age 35 6'7 250 lbs give or take a few. Bald head and no facial hair. brown eyes. Talks with a southern accent. Talks and acts like a redneck. (not kidding) has a tattoo of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on his shoulder. He's a smoker. No car but could be using his girlfriends car.
Mattie is 5 years old and nearly 4 feet tall and slim. Straight brown hair and brown eyes. Has no front teeth.
New Information: I've been told that he is in subsidizing housing. Using a girls name. Either Downtown or West Sacramento.

Footnote: Brian is a habitual liar and will try and convince you that i don't have custody or that I'm crazy. Please find attached below a copy of the court order. I know it's hard to read. You can look up the case yourself if you need verfication.
