Paid a visit to Mom again
So I ran into Ann while she was visiting people at the apartments, and she ended up giving me a ride to Mom's place. No one was home when we arrived, but Dad showed up a few minutes after we did. I ended up chowing on some honey-roasted chicken that Dad bought and played with Max for a while. There was nothing on TV, and if I knew I'd have to take in a movie while waiting for Mom, I'd have brought some of my movies over, like Donnie Yen's Killzone (kickass little kung fu cop drama), The Untouchables, or Pirates of the Carribean, or one of the Sergio Leone Dollars trilogy. Ended up watching Batman Forever, one of my old movies on VHS, which I can't watch at my place because I have no fucking VCR.
So Mom arrived as Batman Forever was wrapping up, and we talked about a Christmas party that's taking place on Christmas Eve. Elly and Keith have moved to a new place apparently, and we're headed there this year. She also brought pizza home, which is always cool, and I got to take what was left of the pizza home with me when we headed back to my place.
And speaking of Christmas parties, Mom and Dad are taking me to Wisconsin Dells tomorrow for another Christmas party with Dad's side of the family. They're coming to pick me up at nine, meaning I have to fucking sleep tonight. Ugh.
