Boss solos, more Touhou, new D&D, and upcoming Nanowrimo

So I've recently taken to soloing bosses in Adventure Quest Worlds using my character's recently maxed out Rogue class. I recently opened up a Photobucket account for the purpose of having pics to show the folks on the Solo Discussion Thread on the AQW section of the Battleon forums.

What I've soloed so far:

George Lowe-viathan (Warrior)
Giant Brain Slime Prime (Warrior)
Twiggy Krueger (Warrior, not pictured)
Thrax Ironhide (Warrior, not pictured)
Dread Spider (Rogue, not pictured)
Twisted Paw (Rogue)
Sanguine (Rogue, not pictured)
Green Dragon (Rogue)
Greenguard Basilisk (Rogue)
Gell Oh No (Rogue)
Deathgazer (Rogue)
Tiger Leech (Rogue, not pictured)
Red Dragon (Rogue)
Belrot the Fiend (Rogue)
Grand Inquisitor (Rogue)

My main goal is eventually to take down every boss in the game, though I predict some major trouble in taking down some of the really nasty bosses (Wolfwing in particular is being saved for last, as he's one of the toughest bosses that anyone can face solo).

On the Touhou front, many of you know about the new game that was recently released featuring Cirno, the resident ice fairy and Baka of the Touhouverse. It's called Fairy Wars, and has you playing as Cirno as she goes after the Three Mischievous Fairies, Luna Child, Star Sapphire and Sunny Milk, who trashed Cirno's home in an effort to get her to join them against the humans. Cirno, who considers herself quite capable of standing up to any human, is pissed at this and declares war on the three. Part of the game involves Cirno using her powers to freeze the danmaku that the other fairies are throwing at her in droves. If you can get your hands on the game or catch some videos of it on Youtube, do so. I especially love the extra boss fight, which has Cirno going up against none other than Marisa, one of the main protagonists of the Touhou series.

In other news, D&D Essentials is out. It's geared toward those who have never played D&D before and is meant to be something of a callback to the Red Box days of the 80s. Being as I was an avid videogamer back in the late 80s and early 90s, I was never a part of the roleplaying scene, and only got into gaming in the late 90s/early 2000s. It's meant to be compatible with 4E, but the known reintroduction of certain game elements that were removed from the making of 4E as well as the confirmation that these changes will become standard from the end of this year on already has a lot of the fanbase calling this "4.5 Edition." As you can well imagine, the already Broken Base is being broken further over this as we speak. I plan to get my hands on a copy the next time I hit Barnes and Noble so I can check the game out for myself.

Finally, Nanowrimo is coming up in two months, and once again, I have no damned clue what to write about. There are a number of options that I can take:
1) Fire up the Random Plot Generators for the Hong Kong Action Theatre game.
2) Write up a revamp of my Alastor universe featuring a different version of my main man.
3) Write a fanfic featuring Etheara, my main character from AQW.
4) Write another action piece featuring Jason, Travis and Nora.
5) Write a heroic bloodshed piece featuring Shing, my character from New Silver Dragons.
6) Take one of the other characters I've played over the years (MMO or RPG) and write a story about them.
7) Write something else entirely.
