Nanowrimo T minus 3 days and counting...
...and I still don't have an outline for this damned thing, nor any sense of the world he's going to be running around in. And worse yet, I'm trying to decide whether or not to go with the Alastor story or go with a heroic bloodshed story like my last major attempts. So far, Alastor is holding his own, particularly since I've finally given him and the crew some bad guys to bash around. It's going to be a long damned November...
In other news, I'm currently viewing Deceased Crab's Let's Play of a little game called La Mulana on YouTube prior to getting into the game myself, as I have recently downloaded the sucker. It's a rather nice little 8-bit style game in the tradition of Metroid and Castlevania, and so far I'm up to part 7. I've also downloaded Cave Story, which is also a nice little freeware game as complex as La Mulana.
