you can't take the sky from me
i've done a lot of nothing today. woke up around 1. ate a banana and watched the pilot of firefly on hulu while my ipod charged. went to the gym with said ipod. and am now in the midst of watching all other episodes of firefly. just starting episode 8: out of gas. between the rest of tonight (i'm waiting for Michael to finish his formula sheet so he can use my printer to print it out) and some of tomorrow, i'll have the whole show finished. then tomorrow i'll begin this whole clean-up-pack-up process. relax. maybe hit up some Boston/Cambridge shopping within the next couple days.
food's a bit of an issue. Alice left tonight, and with her, all of our pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. so even though i have a can of soup and a stove, it doesn't do me much good. eh. bought some yogurt type drinks to get me through breakfasts, and i have enough meals to cover the rest in dining halls. hell, i probably have enough meals to go to breakfasts too. but i prefer eating them here. should be an interesting couple of days.
Michael's done with finals as of tomorrow morning, and i'm hoping we'll at least get an afternoon or two together between now and when we leave. i found out i got an A in neuro--friggin sweet. it's not yet posted but the prof emailed me.
i'm in a good mood. it's probably a combination of near-zero stress and the joy that firefly brings.
i swear by my pretty flower bonnet...
